Behavior Policy

Persons who behave inappropriately or are physically or mentally
incapacitated during a Chamber meeting or event shall be asked to depart the meeting or event. Enforcement shall be the responsibility of elected Chamber leaders or staff on hand when infractions occur.

Persons asked to depart three meetings or events in any 12-month period shall not be admitted to future meetings or events for one year. Persons who decline to depart a meeting or event under this policy shall not be admitted to future meetings or events for one year.

Behavior considered inappropriate for the purposes of enforcing this policy are the taking of actions or the issuing of statements that erode the enjoyment of proceedings for other guests. Examples of inappropriate behavior include, but are not necessarily limited to yelling, screaming, cursing, and acting or speaking in a lewd manner.
